About Mark

Mark Manning - co-host of Pull My Leg Podcast.
Born in the rugged hills of Western Oklahoma, Mark spent his formative years dreaming of international clogging fame. But destiny had other plans. After a brief stint at the University of Saskatchewan School for the Artistically Gifted (USSAG), Mark pivoted from the world of dance to the seductive embrace of the culinary arts.
In his 20s, he launched SpudStop — the nation's first high-end potato salad drive-thru chain. Critics called it “bold,” “refrigerated,” and “a health code violation.” After the business crumbled like over-boiled Yukon Golds, Mark entered his wandering years: meerkat groomer, elevator music composer, dog food taster.
Despite four marriages, six spiritual awakenings, and twelve regrettable timeshare purchases, Mark finally found his voice — in podcasting. “I’ve lived a life of triumph, tragedy.. The world needs to hear my story. The world needs to hear me. Me, me, me.”
Today, Mark proudly co-hosts Pull My Leg — Time Magazine’s #1 Self-Help Podcast (2017–Present),* celebrated for its perfect blend of improvisational nonsense, fabricated expertise, and unwavering sincerity.

About Miles
Miles Harrison - co-host of Pull my Leg podcast
Miles began his professional journey with a dream: to become a world-renowned zookeeper and large-animal veterinarian. Unfortunately, the animals had other plans. After a series of “misunderstandings” involving a llama, three very judgmental penguins, and one particularly sarcastic giraffe, Miles realized that animals don’t always appreciate unsolicited medical or mating advice.
Pivoting to a new dream, Miles set his sights on becoming an anchorman in tv, convinced that his destiny was to bring the evening news to millions. His plans changed when the camera crew kindly informed him that he “had a face for podcasts” and that his teleprompter reading voice in falsetto was not suitable.
Not one to give up, Miles dabbled in a variety of other careers, including:
* Professional Name Tag Designer, until he was fired for spelling “Bob” with two O’s.
* Motivational Speaker for Goldfish, a short-lived endeavor after realizing their attention span is about 0.7 seconds.
* Personal Consultant to People Who Are Already Doing Fine, a business he ran out of his garage for two weeks.
Finally, Miles found his true calling: hosting “Pull My Leg,” a podcast dedicated to explaining life’s least important questions with the confidence of a man who is wrong 90% of the time but in a very entertaining way.
When not recording, Miles enjoys high-stakes thumb wrestling, Googling “how to spell veterinarian.”
